List item's edit panel behaviour is misleading #75

List item edit mode is not disabled when the edit panel is retracted.

To reproduce

View a list that you have edit permissions for
Click on an item and the slide out panel for editing appears
Enter edit mode by clicking "edit"
Close the panel
Click on another item and the slide out panel for editing appears
The new item's slide out panel is in edit mode. It should not be.
