There is a version number with date/time in the versions table. Edits are not tracked. This means that the version number and date/time displayed can be incorrect.
There are duplicates of the same list version number shown on the version page after a re-upload.

Add an entry for the aggregation of edits to the active list, and display it is separately to the version of which it is an edit.
Create a new version for an edited list, should it be re-uploaded.
