Lists tool admin screen - missing flags #232

The authoritative and threatened flags have disappeared from the front end on the admin screen. These are used to find conservation lists

The list types are displayed twice on the left hand side, and the list flags don't appear at all

We can replicate this issue, it will be addressed in next release.
