Most needed:

    • Viruses are not matching to species pages. Eg. Arbovirus: Exotic West Nile virus - Potential name matching issue - Taxonomy team to handle this.
    • How to mark exceptions for alerts - eg. Alert of genus except species X and Y - @kylie-m to document the detailed spec
    • Need to link taxa to a region - state, LGA or shape file - @kylie-m to document the detailed spec Improvements
    • Some species are matching to Genus (higher taxonomy), and there is no way to detect this. This is a problem as I can't detect/filter species that are missing from the backbone. - @ New Lists App Requirement
    • Need to add user email as alert receiver, but not as an owner/editor of the list intself. Also, alert list owner (email) may not be the email we send alerts emails to. - @ New Feature - Alerts in R or Java app.
    • Need to be able to change owner of a list. Eg. I set it up, but assign ownership to another. Or, staffing change in .gov meaning owner needs to change. - @ No UI - Dev's can change this on the backend if needed.
    • When updating a name, the whole list is refresh to save and taxa re-ordered. As such, I don't know if the taxa successfully matched or not. - Current app will be updated to use the new default to 1,000. (New lists app will handle non-refreshing update)
    • Approximately 1000 taxa missing from the backbone (but a list of these has been given to Cam to be added already)

Q-7 Page stays where it is after the name of a specie is changed.

Fixed bug: the image is gone (image url is incorrect) after a species name is updated

How to test: Go to -> my list, select one list -> Edit any species -> Should be able to update the species name and KVPs A small update icon appears if a species is updated successfully

Update a species name to "Anthochaera phrygia", should see a image.

Change to 100
