Add a landing/home page #1

Create a widget based landing page similar to the dashboard, that allows users to quickly jump to institution or collection groupings of images. Ideas:

collection breakdown
institution breakdown
taxa and/or life form breakdown
recently added images (week, month, year?)
specimen type breakdown
image types (single, soup. etc?)
user customised views (favourite taxa, co, in, etc)

A landing page has been added for now, but its not as rich as described above. It currently just lists all the collections providing images.
