Add new repository id's to make a distinction between snapshot and release repositories #18

Matching the id's to the gradle repository id's and the mirrorOf definition

Not removing the existing repository id so everything that is currently working will still work.

The new repository id's match those used by gradle, but they have no actual interaction with gradle and their purpose for maven is to match ala-parent-pom. They are just the same to simplify reasoning about nexus overall.

Together with changes to ala-parent-pom, this has worked to deploy a new version of ala-cas-client that was being refused previously
