New-JiraIssue fails with "Bad Request" #224

Expected Behavior

I can create a new Issue with New-JiraIssue

Current Behavior

The Body of the request of New-JiraIssue is not creating the JSON correctly

Possible Solution

Fix how the Body is generated

Environment

This problem was introduced in v2.5
