Fix compatibility with PS v3 #273

Description

Currently the module does not support PS v3. This is due to many factors, such as:

usage of a syntax which was not available in PS v3
PS v3 needs mode explicit declaration of Aliases that are exported
Invoke-WebRequest does not support Accept in -Headers
PSScriptAnalyzer does not run as expected
