I noticed today that my "Inventory" total did not match the "Today" gil total in my server info bar. After investigating, I understand what caused it and I'm not sure if it's a bug or anything but I wanted to mention it.
Basically, if there was gil income on my retainers that happened yesterday but I only withdrew the gil from the retainer today, it will show on that retainer's ledger as -50,000 gil, for example, without the +50,000 gil from the gil entering the retainer. This doesn't affect the Inventory total in the ledger at all, but since the "Today" counter also tracks retainers, it seems to be counting against that total.
When I did the math, my ledger reported that my total today was 859,829 gil. The today counter said 38,006 gil. When I went into my retainer ledgers and added up all the negative values for today from withdrawing yesterday's funds, they added up to 821,823 gil, which is the difference between the two.
Again, I don't know if this would count as a bug, if it's something you would want to change, or anything, but I noticed it and wanted to mention it.
