Obviously, the user should have their measurements on the same scale! @eray-noaa: Is it

WMO X2019 for CO2
WMO X2004A for CH4
WMO X2014 for SF6?

I think we should add this information within the README.md and also in the header of each individual data file within tropical_time_series/. Do you agree?
