WX Cherry forest compatibility and a few small changes

Non Cherry forest related: -Improved circuit durability changes to make it compatible with any kind of custom circuits -Light circuit has a very slightly bigger light radius -Speed circuit now doesn't lose all of the speed instantly when you stop. It instantly goes below charge speed and starts decreasing slowly until you start accelerating again -Having 2 night vision circuits equipped now increases your vision distance -Added a temporary way to recharge circuits' durability with scrap. One piece is one day worth of usage. This will get removed when a proper way gets finished or if Klei will add their own

Cherry Forest compatibility: -Flux Circuit now gives small buffs to each other circuit you have equipped. •Stats ones get more stats and small benefits to their secondary effects (static damage reduction, sanity gain, hunger drain) •Speed circuits increase their max speed limit •Light circuits gets bigger radius •Music circuits gives more sanity •Electric circuits deal more damage •Night vision circuits slightly increase vision distance •Beanbooster gives more health per tick •Temperature circuits emit more temperature, heat one gives higher work multiplier and cold one produces ice faster
