I'm having trouble getting any NEI emission lines for Co, Cu, and Zn. I'm also finding that the lines for Sc and V are extremely weak.
I believe the issue may be in the data files themselves. Parsing through the file 'apec_v3.0.9_nei_line.fits' by temperature, I find the following (where Z is atomic number): atomdb_transitions.txt
There appears to be a lot of data for elements like Fe, but little to no data for the elements I mentioned above. Maybe the data accidentally wasn't included? If that is the case, could the data be put into the files if you have it? Or maybe you could let me know if there's a way I can input more data into the files?
Sc and Co are of particular interest to me for my research, so I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this issue.
