Enable Saving of Queries in SPARQL Editor #104

Per a request in a conversation on the mailing list I'm creating this issue to enable saving of a query performed in LDH's SPARQL editor.

There is a "Save" button in the SPARQL editor but it is not enabled.

Please allow the ability to save a SPARQL query.

Looks to me like the [Save] button does something, but I get 400 Bad Request when clicking it.

I have to admit I did not even try using the button because it appears disabled to me but sure enough it does do something though I confirm that I too get a 400 response.
