XML sitemap generation on startup #158

GENERATE_SITEMAP=true env param needs to be set in docker-compose.yml in order to enable (true by default). The sitemap query selects all the read-only end-user documents (checks access against ACL). The sitemap stylesheet transforms the SPARQL XML result to an XML sitemap.
