[Create] button broken in the admin app #75

Looks like in the admin application, the bs2:ConstructorList template outputs a list of the wrong classes. For example, there should be a button adm:Construct subclass but instead https://w3id.org/atomgraph/linkeddatahub/domain#Construct is being displayed. https://github.com/AtomGraph/LinkedDataHub/blob/master/src/main/webapp/static/com/atomgraph/linkeddatahub/xsl/bootstrap/2.3.2/layout.xsl#L677
