This is just a notification rather than an issue. I was added to a collaborator of language-latex package, as discussed in area/language-latex#84, so language-tex doesn't need to be preferred as a dependency anymore. Since I think you add similar notices in other packages whose name I don't remember, I just let you know instead of submitting PRs.
