Add language-latex2e to activationHooks #28

As discussed in https://github.com/atom/atom/issues/14148, there is no support for grammar based activation hooks yet. This PR would allow linter-spell-latex to activate when my own language package for LaTeX is in use. It may be a small package, but I can't see any downsides to adding it to the activation hooks.

Can this PR be considered and merged? Since I have shifted to language-latex2e, I am unable to use this package. See this.
