The latest version of the plugin (90.0.0) fails to install on Rider 2023.1 and 2023.1.1 #366

Describe the bug

The latest version of the plugin (90) fails to install on Rider 2023.1 and 2023.1.1 Seems to work fine on the latest version of Intellij Ultimate.

To Reproduce

  1. Try to install the plugin on Rider 2023.1 or 2023.1.1

Expected Behavior

Expect it to install.

Environment

OS - Windows 10 pro 64 bit - Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045 IntelliJ Product - Rider 2023.1, Runtime version: 17.0.6+10-b829.5 amd64, Build #RD-231.8109.212, built on April 4, 2023 Plugin version - 90.0.0

couldn't reproduce...

The only error I'm getting from the IDE is Plugin error Atom Material Icons: C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Temp\plugin2581208553690747476\Atom Material Icons\lib\common.jar

I can extract the jar with 7zip, so I don't think it's corrupted.
