Describe the bug Inconsistencies with csproj icon rendering when using Rider 2023.2 RC 1 (RD-232.8660.194) on Windows. Dotnet Core projects are rendered with the correct icon. Dotnet Framework projects are rendered with rider's default C# icon. Example

To Reproduce

  1. Create blank solution.
  2. Create a new Dotnet Core project (doesn't seem to matter version).
  3. Create a new Dotnet Framework project.
  4. Confirm that the core project renders with the correct icon.
  5. Confirm that the framework project renders with the incorrect icon.

Expected Behavior

I expect both framework and core projects (any .csproj really) to render the correct icon.

Environment Windows JetBrains Rider 2023.2 RC 1 Build #RD-232.8660.194, built on July 26, 2023 Runtime version: 17.0.7+7-b1000.6 amd64 VM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM by JetBrains s.r.o
