No display name is specified for configurable …AtomHomeConfigurable in xml file #396

Describe the bug When I start WebStorm, an error shows up after a few seconds. This error started to appear with the new WebStorm version 2023.2.

To Reproduce

  1. Open WebStorm
  2. Wait a few seconds
  3. The IDE reports this bug
