[Bug]: graphical issue with material design #390

Describe the bug

small points/stitches appear beside line number on randomly clicking any line in the editor, and disappear on scrolling up or down.

To Reproduce

  1. open any project using phpstorm version 2023.2.1
  2. open a random project file
  3. click on any line randomly

Expected behavior

these wired points should not appear
