Forgot to mention it happens on Mupen64 using latest Official WIP and fb get
info set to 1 - same issue.

At the intro menu, you can see vertical line across the centre of Bond's
portrait(image2-3) while it is okay in image2a-3a(1964Video).
At the intro cutscene, the far distance blue fog is missing(image4-5) while it
is visible in image4a-5a(1964Video).
The truck entering the tunnel has transparency problem(image5) where the tunnel
vertical yellow stripe should be behind the truck(image5a from 1964Video).
Part of the coarse ground texture in front of Bond's pistol is missing(image5)
and will appear as you move Bond whereas it is never missing in
image5a(1964Video).

if you remove "depth_bias = 40" from its ini, it will fix the transparency
problem(image5b). But the truck is still blue instead of its surrounding (blue
fog / layer applied on wrong sprite?).

if you uncheck fog, the truck is green color showing fog was applied on the
truck but missing from its surrounding area.
