What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. You guys fix the glitch in San Francisco Rush-Extreme Racing.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An emulation perfect version of San Francisco Rush

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using Glide64 WIP July ?? 2010 version. (Don't remember the date)

Please provide any additional information below.

I have tried latest WIP on 1964 and there is no flashing on the car select 
screen.
