Gender does not change on Scenario tab in character creation

Describe the bug

When creating a new character, in the Scenario Tab, pressing @ does not switch the character's gender.

On the right hand window it states "Press @ to switch to [Scenario Name] female" (or male), but pressing @ does nothing.

NOTE that gender is changed when you press @ in the Profession / Background or Description tabs.

1. Start new game. Create new character.
2. On Scenario Tab press @
3. Observe nothing happening.

Expected behavior

Expected gender to change.

Additional context

It isn't particularly important to be able to switch gender at that point, so as an alternative you could just remove the prompt "Press @ to switch to [Scenario Name] female" from the Scenario tab.
