Watched the video before looking at the repo. Out of curiosity, how can we actually use the optimal keyboard layout? Currently, I'm using a Mac. Are there any discussion pages, wikis, or extra documentation we can read?

A quick Google search points to this tool, and there seem to be a large number of tutorials available on how to use it.

@ZebTheWizard You can get a mechanical keyboard that can use QMK or it's GUI version called VIA. Then you can move the keys to anywhere you want or have layers with different layouts.
