Atomic Widget Periodic Table Example #125

This PR adds a new example, Atomic Widget Periodic Table. This example demonstrates each of the UI Widgets that the game developers can use in their games and applications. This is the Javascript version.

Excellent! I'll test it out soon, we'll also definitely want this in the Editor example browser 🌟 and update the engine repo examples submodule commit 👍

This is really great, thanks for all the hard work. I love that you can bring up example docs, code, and layout code from within the example itself. The period table is an excellent reference on widget usage and very good work on widget/layout coverage.
