Wet Torches #476

I'm using 1.19.2 atm and anytime my head goes underwater my torch seems to extinguish. It takes like 10 minutes of messing with the settings to get the dynamic lighting to work again.

Nevermind. My lights weren't updating on fast light speed unless I broke a block, but on realtime it's working.
