R34 endpoint #75

api endpoint change for r34xxx, old URL is being forwarded.

One of the tests is failing but the API did change https://rule34.xxx/index.php?page=help&topic=dapi

Test is failing because I never wrote code to handle subdomains, I'll get that fixed before making a release
