Resolution / Aspect Ratio issues in fullscreen mode 'Borders' mode

The following games have aspect ratio problems in fullscreen mode, with aspect 
ratio set to 'Borders':

Omikron/Nomad Soul
ESPN 2Night
ECW Anarchy Rulz
ECW Hardcore Revolution
Ready 2 Rumble
Ready 2 Rumble Round 2
Wacky Races
WWF Attitude

Results vary between games, but all games have the left part of the screen 
missing, and show geometry in the right-side border. Sometimes old 
images/geometry gets stuck in the 'missing' left part or the extraneous right 
border.

It's hard to explain, best to look at the attached pics, taken from a 16:9 
ratio monitor. Windowed mode works fine, but who uses windowed mode? :P

Bad combination of border, scaling, and AA it seems ...

This problem happens on any resize. Windowed mode works fine until you try to 
resize it, obviously fullscreen has the problem too.
