This is more appropriate for the cross platform version, witch isn't open
source yet.
Unless someone else feels like redoing a lot of work ... ;p

Yes, I've been wanting this myself for a while. Would be spectacular if it was
eventually ported to jtagged 360's

For that to happen, i'd at least need a jtag hacked xbox. Also, ndc surelly
will need h/w 3d acceleration among other things, and i don't know the state
the homebrew sdks are at for xbox. If anyone feels like donating one that'l be
a huge motivator to work on it .. assuming 3d works always ;)

3D Works on JTAG. It's full access to the system and it's awesome to develop
for.
360 is Direct3D9 with a few extras, besides some system utility functions that
just have an X suffix, like XMemset(), etc. Basically, if you build a D3D9
Windows version, it should work with very little changes compiling with the
official SDK. The SDK also allows linking with the Xbox 360 library for testing
on Windows without needing an Xbox.
But I didn't say anything!

As far as i heard, drkIIRaziel is creating a PS3 version now, i even saw the
video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-YCA9N_OVxo - it is slow, but it is more
better than nothing. I think in a future we will get both of them (for PS3 and
for Xbox 360 too)

I think a xbox 360 port would be good but before even considering to under go
such a project drkIIRaziel should focus on catching up to where pcsx2(ps2
emulator) is in terms of features and efficiency.

I have a working running sega and supernintendo emulator for my ps3. The way
the ps3s are set up youd prolly have a much better bet on that console, its a
little more program friendly.
