Dear All,

This is a quick-and-dirty sketch of my idea for a "graph comparison matrix" from our Skype call earlier today.

This would give us a at-a-glance qualitative and quantitative overview of all similarity measures for all graphs and the template.

Please take this just as a suggestion and not a must since you have already a clear plan.
