Need to be able to specify the AdminOverrideURL #13

Needed when connecting to certain office365 tenants where the powershell cant discover the management uri and the user is using a customer domain to login instead of an on microsoft domain.

For example New-CsOnlineSession -OverrideAdminDomain fabrikam.onmicrosoft.com
