Search-UcmOnPremNumberRange doesnt follow reporting workflow #28

Should be returning an array of objects inside the return object, instead we are dumping it on the pipeline. Works for my scripts, but could cause issues for others reusing the code.

Fixed in last nights build. need to validate and upload.
