[Docs] Broken link in `Need More Help` Section #157

I would like to raise an issue regarding the Need More Help section. The link provided, Learn from GitHub from Scratch ,appears to be non-functional or broken.

I would like to fix this issue by adding an alternative resource to learn GitHub or if you have recommendation resource that you can provide for me so that I can start working this, thank you! under gssoc23
