unreservation now can reserved #7

This script playing with "sv_allow_lobby_connect_only". when set "1" and player connect directly, player will prompt a screen "Creating Game", mean server will listed on Matchmaking.

this script capable to check when no player even no connecting player, it set to "1", when slot full, lobby removed and set to "0" and accept more player.

I have it, compiled under CentOS due glibc vesions, you can compile it, just make sure you linux have "make" and gcc stuff installed.

i don't have an linux machine to compile one, just a server for playing, if you can put a link to download thanks
