Renamed Header1 to Header to be the main header. Renamed the old header to Header_old

Organized the Layout component to include global Header, Footer, and Head data.

Styled the drop-down submenu colors and sizing.

Changes scrollbar colors.

Also renamed the Section1 to Hero section.
