Pypi problem #2

This package does not install from pypi (with pip install cmsplugin-slick). Pip installs https://github.com/paramono/cmsplugin-slick this package.

I know about this, and wrote in support, but it seems they are all dead.

A comment in readme (that pypi installs other version) would be nice, because when changing from version in pypi to yours, database does not want to migrate nicely.

And i think this - Alter field ordered_by on slickcarouselfolderimages migration is not added.
