[QOL] Client update notification is badly communicated

Needs the following issues adressed :

• It's barely visible to the average user
• Version logic lacks any comprehensive information if the client you are running is older/newer
• The way its currently implemented is ugly as shit
• If the launcher is present, the client should be able to offer a "open launcher" button
