Integrate /area with details on what the areas are currently doing. Allow five statuses: IDLE BUILDING (OPEN ROLES) BUILDING (FULL) CASING (OPEN ROLES) CASING (FULL)

And allow players to change the status with a command, such as /setstatus buildingf
