Redis Dict v2

Supports types such as int, float, bool, str
The new version supports pipe-lining for non-idempotent actions such as set and delete.
Cleaner code base, without double calls for keys.
95% of dictionary pymodel implemented.
Extended tests

Food for thought. Maybe we should keep non-type version around?
