Or if you can tell me how the dataset is actually arranged or labelled?

download the speech audio dataset from VOXFORGE. it is similar to the samples provided, in the development_set folder. You can an idea from there...

the training data is not limited onto any particular dataset. there are several datasets available on the site. You need to download them for different users, one sample for each user.

To run this projects on your dataset, you just need audio samples, like i did on my custom built dataset. Btw, datasets on voxforge are labelled as well , for several other research purposes. datails are in etc/ folder for each user.
