Product realisation of NCSR concept (as part of integration with MHR) #130

NCSR is a system device and an operating organisation, that is a part of Services Australia. Requires:

  1. Device:

    1. PAI-D registered with device name - TBD
    2. AU PAI-D Identifier profile: DONE
    3. Device type SNOMED code: define a new concept? or use 462240000 |Patient health record information system|? or?
    4. ADHA System Device profile
    5. NCSR Device instance demonstrating the above

  2. Organisation:

    1. PAI-O registered with organisation operating name - TBD
    2. AU PAI-O Identifier profile - DONE
    3. Organisation type: 5921 'Data Processing and Web Hosting Services' from ANZSIC
    4. ADHA Core Organization profile
    5. Organisation instance demonstrating the above

  3. Organisation Legal Entity

    1. ABN: DONE
    2. AU ABN profile - in ballot now Organisation type code: handled by https://github.com/AuDigitalHealth/ci-fhir-r4/issues/149
    3. ADHA Core Organization profile

For this project and others including the forthcoming aged care work we need to identify the appropriate concepts, preferrably in SNOMED CT, to type the information systems, these devices are stores of data or generate data. For example Meds View is generated by the MHR system – it is not a practitioner curated view – providing this context is important when exchanging and using digital health information. Similarly capturing the source of the data e.g. the source of immunisation data is from a national repository or from a primary care clinical information system is important.

The NCSR to MHR Integration FHIR payload materials have completed development of this material including HL7 AU Base content, SNOMED CT-AU content, clinical Informatics peer review and limited testing, FHIR Architecture review, and Terminology review.

This work is now on hold until progressed as part of a work program.

This ticket, Product realisation of NCSR concept (as part of integration with MHR) #130, remains open until the infrastructure identifiers for the NCSR (PAI-D, PAI-O, etc.) are registered.
