Need 'complete' Advance Care Directive Custodian examples #14

Change description

Need a set of examples that demonstrate reasonable instances for Advance Care Directive Custodian Record (ACDCR). Should also demonstrate some different reference resources, and have some differentiation in content.

What it actually enables people to do

Demonstrates implementation guidance and usage scenarios, supports implementation in FHIR in general and of the ACDCR.

Demonstrates alignment with FHIR-based CDA where the 'same' example is presented in both the FHIR IG and the CDA-IG.

How awesome would it be?

Fairly awesome, though its a lower priority without any 'complete' examples it is difficult to get a sense of the intended outcomes of the specification.

This issue is closed as 'won't fix'. The frozen STU3 ACR FHIR IG will not include this content. A known issue covering the state of examples is expected to be included on the home page of the STU3 ACR FHIR IG.
