The issue / feature

Agency Known Medicine profile (http://ns.electronichealth.net.au/ci/fhir/3.0/StructureDefinition/medication-known-1) does not put any constraints on the AU Base Medication it is derived from, other than adding must support flag on all the elements included in the base. In that it really represents an Agency base profile for the concept of medicine.

The profile name, title, url and the description of the profile should be updated to reflect this:

Title: Base Medication
