The bug

StructureDefinition composition-pdl-1 has a bug in the title It is currently "Prescription and / or Dispense List" and should not have a forward slash character. The title value should be "Prescription and or Dispense List".

The design page, and the manual mentions of the profile in the Prescription and Dispense List FHIR implementation guide (Home page and profiles pages) have the correct title. The corresponding CDA implementation guide also uses the correct title.

Work on prescription and dispense list has been stopped in STU3. This issue will not be fixed.
