Additional context

Work was planned to incorporate this profile but given organisation priorities, this work was not achieved in the time frame allocated to the closure of this STU3 implementation guide. As per the road map, this will be a consideration for the future transition of this IG to R4.

In the meantime for this IG, a known issue was added to reflect the above position.
