The bug

The profile has a known issue regarding 'missing reference to My Health Record Patient' on the Composition.subject element. This also should be listed for the element Composition.author as well.

In fact, the known issues on both of these elements is rather that the existing reference to the 'Patient with Mandatory IHI' profile should have been replaced with the 'My Health Record Patient' profile.

What I expected to happen

The known issues should have been updated with wording to the effect of the above description.
