There is multiple issues with encoding when writing the terminal log files.

Fixed in:

bc774181a7c5217b26efeab45ec389ca4b8a2765 (add chardet to find encoding linked to molecule typing)
dae2c4604794002c5eaf3908bc177136d3ed14f7 (replace error in decoded)
39f34bc8ad5cc0e3eaf8b0fa88e42b837b49c56e (for singularity)
