Setup mailbox in AWS

currently, we are using auscope.doi@csiro.au as our primary contact email. however, this email can only accessed by CSIRO staff. in the near future, the repository might include curators from other organizations who may need access to the mailbox.

This task is to find a way to set up a mailbox in AuScope AWS so that

• we can receive submission notifications
• accessed by external repository members (curators and Rebecca & Lesley)
• response to the data repository using the email.
