Generate sample name based on sample number for single case #201

@kitchenprinzessin3880 I have modified the schema and removed the title and name from the submission form. I have a question regarding the sample number: is any specific validation required for the sample number, or is ensuring it is not empty sufficient? Additionally, could you please let me know what the help text for the sample number should be?

sample_number - should be 'required' field here is the help text - The sample's name, code or number to be registered.
